PURPOSE: To miniaturize a distributed constant type circulator and isolator and to reduce cost.

CONSTITUTION: A dielectric substrate 6 forming an electrode to form electrostatic capacity is arranged on a lower case 5, a central conductor 1 provided with three protruding pieces 2 from one disk-shaped conductor is sandwiched with two pieces of garnet 3, and the central conductor part surrounded by the garnet 3 is arranged in the hole of a dielectric substrate 6 by a shielding panel 4 so as not to be conducted with a central conductor 2. Then, the protruding pieces 2 are connected to this electrode, and an iron board 12, magnetic shunt steel 11 and magnet 10 are arranged on the shielding panel and covered with an upper case 9.
