This system is provided with a processing system X1, a processing system Y and a decision table 10 showing processing executed by the processing system X1 and processing executed by the processing system Y. The processing system X1 and Y are means capable of respectively independent processing and computers or programs. The decision table 10 is a table showing the information of which processing is to be executed by the processing system and is stored in a storage device or the like inside the computer.
