Title:
DISTRIBUTING INJECTION APPARATUS FOR LIQUID
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5462971
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus of simple structure described in the title, which is suitable for automation, and which is so constituted that every nozzles may be gathered simultaneously to a common container at the time of collecting sample liq., and that every nozzles may be separated simultaneously to respective containers at the time of injecting the collected sample liq. into the containers.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of routin test, a commanding unit 15 confirms the arrival of a test sample at the sample-collecting position according to the directed inspection items, then it issues an order to drive a motor 9. Hereby a carrier 7 moves forward to a usual position of a sample 3 to be tested and allows the gathered nozzle 8 group to standstill at the position. Then by the order issued by the commanding unit 15, the nozzle 8 group is inserted into a sample 3 so as to draw in 2 the sample, and at the same time a diluent 17 is sucked in 18. Hereafter the nozzle 8 group is moved upward by the order from the unit 15, and the carrier 7 is moved backward, so that the left-side plate 7' is brought into contact with collars 31aW31d fixed at different positions of every nozzle-moving rods 22aW22d. Every nozzles 8 are separated and pushed to the right hand in order so that they are moved until they contact with the collars 31aW31d, being separated at intervals coinciding with that of reaction tubes 6aW6d. Then the nozzles 8 arranged above the reaction tubes 6aW6d are moved downward by the order from the unit 15 in order to inject the sample into the reaction tubes.
