Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct a planned distributing flow rate corresponding to a distributing reservoir water level or the like.
SOLUTION: The planned distributing flow rate and a planned intake flow rate are set beforehand. After a distributing reservoir target water level computing means 12 obtains a distributing reservoir target water level by using the planned distributing flow rate and the planned intake flow rate, a correction amount is obtained by performing fuzzy inference in a planned distributing flow rate correction means 13 with the deviation of the distributing reservoir target water level and an actual distributing reservoir value and the change amount of the deviation as input and the planned distributing flow rate is corrected by using the obtained correction amount.
