The distribution cap (10) includes (a) a first section (11) mounted in an internal discharge orifice (118a) suitable for communicating with the inside of the container selectively; and (b) a second section (12) through which conduits (121a ; 121b) opened in a distribution orifice (122) are passed and is for attaching to the container (20) having an axis X which includes the second section displacing from a closed position in which this second section is made to plug up the internal discharge orifice (118a) to a distribution position in which the internal discharge orifice (118a) is communicable with the distribution orifice (122) through the conduits (121a ; 121b) by revolving along a slant axis Y against the axis X. Furthermore, the distribution cap concerned has structure which can be used to operate the distribution member (30) provided in the device.
