Abstract:
To provide a distribution rule determination device and the like capable of completing distribution of desired data from a server to a moving body.SOLUTION: A distribution rule generation device 110 generating a distribution rule from a server 100 to a moving body 200 comprises: a first acquisition part 111 acquiring a first route that a first moving body is scheduled to move; a second acquisition part 112 acquiring from a storage device 120 communication quality information indicating communication quality related to communication speed required for wireless communication between the moving body 200 and a communication network 300 in each of a plurality of sub areas to which an area including the first route is divided; a calculation part 113 calculating available communication capacity between the moving body 200 while moving and the server 100 via the communication network using the first route and the communication quality information; a generation part 114 generating a distribution rule causing distribution data for the moving body 200 to be data having capacity equal to or less than the available communication capacity among a plurality of data; and an output part 115 outputting the distribution rule.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
