PURPOSE: To enable the supply of a large amount of food or drink at a time in optimum state, by cooking the food or drink in a lamp in a manner to attain the optimum cooked state at the stage delivered to the consumer.

CONSTITUTION: A food or drink raw material is subjected to the basic cooking to obtain a semi-cooked food or drink which attains the optimum taste after leaving for several hours and the semi-cooked food or drink is cooked in a lump in a centralized cooking center. The cooked food or drink is packed in a heat-retaining pack keeping the food or drink from the direct contact with outer atmosphere and the pack is put into a hand container wagon having heat-retaining structure. The wagon is transported to the distribution spot with a heat-insulated car and stored in a heat-retaining stocker. The food or drink is delivered to the consumer in the state packed in the heat-retaining pack.
