Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smokeless cooker which can be coped with various kinds of cooking for a party or the like, by mounting a heating appliance and a cooking heating utensil on a cooker body, and selectively mounting plural kinds of griddles having one or plural openings.
SOLUTION: A center of an upper face part of a box-type cooker body 1 is sinked to form a loading part 3 on which a heating appliance 2 is loaded, and a cooking heating utensil 4 is loaded on an upper part of the heating appliance 2. A drain pan 60 with exhaust port 61, or the like, is drawably mounted on a part of the heating appliance 2 at a lower part of the cooking heating utensil 4. A hood 5 made of glass or the other transparent material, is mounted on an upper face of the cooker body 1 from an upper part of the loading part 3 throughout a back part, the hood 5 comprises two transparent glass plate layers 9, 9a, and the indoor air is sucked and flowed in an intermediate air layer 10 formed between the glass plate layers for forcibly cooling the same. A duct 20 having the rectifying action, suspended from an absorbing port 14 of the upper part of the cooker body 1, and connected with a smake absorbing path 18, is connected with a smoke eliminating device 17 mounted on the cooker body 1.
