To provide a water gate device of a diversion trough which can be driven by one actuator.SOLUTION: A water gate device 5 opening/closing a diversion hole 3 of a diversion trough 1 comprises a pair of guide grooves 7b, a partition plate 8, an operation lever 9 and a pair of fastening metal fittings 11. A fixing pin 13 is provided in the partition plate 8, and the operation lever 9 in which a long hole 14 is opened is connected slidably. In the pair of fastening metal fittings 11, one end portions 11a are pivotally supported to the operation lever 9 so as to rotate, and the other ends 11b are formed into a wedge shape. In the partition plate 8, guide pins 18 and 19 are provided on the right and left of a surface thereof, and the pair of fastening metal fittings 11 are loosely restrained in the middle portion thereof. When the operation lever 9 is slid downward relatively to the partition plate 8, the pair of fastening metal fittings 11 are opened to the right and left, the wedge-shaped end portions 11b are inserted into the guide grooves 7b, and the partition plate 8 is fastened. When the operation lever 9 is slid upward, the pair of fastening metal fittings 11 are closed to release fastening, and the partition plate 8 is allowed to slide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
