CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with the plural pairs of temporary registers 11 and 12 for temporarily storing data from the same data bus 6, shift means 13 and 14 to shift access positions to the temporary registers 11 and 12 for the respective temporary registers 11 and 12, and transfer control means 18 to instruct the shift amount required for accessing the prescribed positions of the respective temporary registers 11 and 12 concerning the temporary data from the data bus 6.
