To obtain orderly parking conditions, as well as to make it possible to park more appropriately according to a landscape, function, and scale of an installation site.SOLUTION: An enclosure section 12 in which one kickboard X can be stored is provided, and the size of the enclosure section 12 is formed large enough to store the entire of a non-folded kickboard X in a posture in which it is used.
