To provide a dock shelter improving airtightness by installing separated multi-stage soft elastic seal members between the dock shelter and the rear section of a vehicle, having stable performance, and continuously using one soft elastic seal member for sealing even if the other is broken.

The dock shelter airtightly connecting the opening section of a building and the rear section of the vehicle is installed. The dock shelter is provided with a docking section for moving baggage in and out at the opening section of the dock shelter. The soft elastic seal members are separately installed in many stages on the opposite faces of the docking section to the side faces and the upper face of the vehicle.
