PURPOSE: To improve a following elasticity to a plate surface, by a method wherein a laminar object, which is so soft as not to give damage on a printing plate and has the edge of a blade at one side thereof, and a stiff laminar object are laid on a top of another to form a monolithical unit.
CONSTITUTION: The first laminar object 2 having a blade 1 is made of fluoric rubber or a polyamide plastic resin, and the second laminar object 3, made of steel or polyester, polycarbonate or the like, is adhered to the laminar object 2. As a result, it forms that which has stiffness, being equivalent to that of a blade made of a steel plate, combined with the edge of a blade preventing damage on a printing plate, and thereby chromium plating on a copper printing plate is not required.
