Abstract:
To solve filling failure of a pattern or the problem of ink remaining on a plate due to insufficient scraping operation, while preventing durable trouble such as the break-off or the like of an intaglio pattern edge at the time of doctoring of offset printing.
The doctor blade has a two-layered structure wherein a plate- shaped low hardness member with a Vickers hardness of Hv=500 kg/mm2 or less is provided on a doctor contact parts, and a plate-shaped backup high rigid member with a spring constant of 3.0 N/mm or more is formed on the rear part surface of this member.
