Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the application of proper pressure to a doctor in sure response to the change of printing speed and the reduction of the burden of an operator.
CONSTITUTION: The doctor pressurizing device of a gravure printing machine consists of a doctor pressurizing mechanism 20 including a doctor blade 21 and an air cylinder device 22 for pushing and pressurizing the doctor blade against the surface of a form cylinder 1, a detecting means 50 of printing speed, an automatic pressurization controlling device 40, which outputs the pressurizing amount of the doctor blade 21 in the form of electric signal in response to inputted printing speed detected with the detecting means 50 of printing speed and an electropneumatic transducer 30, which converts the pressurizing amount in the form of electric signal outputted from the automatic pressurization controlling device 40 into pneumatic pressure.
