Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make the most of facility of a paper document by looking characteristic parts of a desired paper document one by one, and after confirming surely and simply whether it is really desired one or not, taking out corresponding paper document itself for use. CONSTITUTION:A document input control section 11C makes an input image document correspond to a document to be sorted and reports the correspondence to a paper document storing section 12 and optical disk filing device 14. The correspondence is controlled by a document control section 11D as data base. Characteristic parts of each paper document P is image inputted to the optical disk filing device 14 together with control number and key words for retrieving, and after making necessary conversion to display necessary output in a display control section 16 basing on input of the operating section 5 of a basic computer system I, makes image display in an image document display section 17.
