Abstract:
To provide a document conveyance device which can easily and quickly cover a supply tray and a discharge tray.SOLUTION: A document conveyance device 21 comprises: a conveyance housing 31 which includes a document conveyance path; a supply tray 33 on which a document is set; a discharge tray 34 which is provided on the lower side of the supply tray 33 with a discharge space S held therebetween; and a slide cover 36 which slides between the open position P1 of opening the supply tray 33 and the discharge tray 34 and the close position of covering the supply tray 33 and the discharge tray 34. The slide cover 36 comprises: a cover body 60 which is formed by connecting a top plate 60A covering the supply tray 33 and a front plate 60B covering the front side of the discharge space S when being arranged at the close position; and a lateral surface cover 61 which covers the right side of the discharge space S when being arranged at the close position, and is pushed up by interfering with the supply tray 33 in the process of sliding from the close position to the open position P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
