Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document disposal and recycling system that continuously performs the disposal of documents in a cardboard box with a crusher and a pulverizer connected, that has no risk of either fire or explosion, that controls the processing to maximize the capacity of the pulverizer, and that crushes and pulverizes the documents in the cardboard box efficiently, at high speed, and reliably to discard and recycle.SOLUTION: The document disposal and recycling system, composed to pulverize crushed documents, obtained by crushing the documents in the cardboard box by the crusher, into paper pieces by the pulverizer, and carry out the pulverized paper pieces filled in a freight conveyor, includes a detecting means that detects the high-load state in which a state exceeding the capacity of the pulverizer continues for a predetermined period of time, and a halt function to stop the crusher when the detecting means detects the high-load state.
