Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve operability and effectiveness at the time of editing a document by graphically displaying the page of the document and reducing and displaying the selected document. CONSTITUTION:The graphic page 7 and an editing command 8 are initially displayed as an initial screen through a display control part 3 by a control part 2. Then, a cursor 10 is moved to the page to be edited from an input part 1 to select and input the page, and then, the document corresponding to a selected page number is delivered to a document reducing part 6 from a storing part 5 and the reduced document 11 is displayed on a display part 4. Then, the cursor 10 is moved to the desired editing command 8 to select and input the editing command, thereby, a desired editing is executed.
