When an electronic document (first-generation document) in which object information (including object ID etc.) is respectively buried in each object exists and the electronic document is printed out by a user having administrative authority, information similar to the electronic document of the printing source is visually printed out in a paper document (second-generation document) obtained as the result of printing. When the paper document is electronized again by the user, an electronic document (third-generation document) obtained by the result of electronization becomes similar to the original electronic document. When the electronic document is further copied by a user having general authority, a paper document (fourth-generation document) obtained by the result of copying is constituted so that an object (an organization chart, an image, etc.) of which the authority is not admitted is made unreadable by a black mask or the like.
