Abstract:
To provide a system efficiently managing a document containing impression of a seal such as a contract document.
A document ID is issued based on a bibliographic item by a document management server, and the bibliographic item and the document ID are QR (two-dimensionally) encoded and further printed on a seal. The document including the printed seal is scanned to cut a QR code, the cut QR code is decoded, and the scanned image is registered in a database based on the bibliographic item and the document ID.
