Abstract:
To prevent a responsible person or the like from leaving or losing documents carried by the responsible person or the like.
This document management system 10 is provided with a clear file 12 for storing documents. A transmitting part 14 for transmitting a weak radio wave signal 24 is attached to the clear file 12. A receiving part 16 for receiving the radio wave signal 24 transmitted by the transmitting part 14 is carried by a person carrying the clear file 12. The receiving part 16 is provided with a warning part. When the transmitting part 14 is separated away from a receiving part 16 at a predetermined distance or more, the warning part gives a warning to the person carrying the receiving part 16.
