PURPOSE: To provide a document physical distribution system capable of more efficiently performing the work from the issuance to the delivery of documents.

CONSTITUTION: The information on many customers covered by multiple branch offices is stored in a customer information management device 20. When a general management device 10 gives work instructions to the devices 20, the devices 20 perform the predetermined works and report actual results. The customer information management device 20 prepares a data file extracting the data required for a document to be issued and gives it to a printing processor 30. A sheet management device 40 carries out necessary document sheets from an automatic warehouse and feeds them to the printing processor 30. The printing processor 30 performs the printing on the sheets based on the data file. The printed sheets are cut by a post-processor 50 and sorted and packed for each branch office. Package boxes are distributed to the preset delivery platforms 61-63.
