Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document preparing device which is capable of easily setting the plural form information according to the kind of a document and is excellent in operability.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a keyboard 1, a RAM 5 storing inputted document data, a display device 4 displaying document data, a printer 7 printing document data and a controller 2 controlling each of these parts. The controller 2 has a user form setting function, plural set user form information and the identification names are imparted, each of plural routine form information in which forms are preliminarily set is stored in the form buffer RAM 5 and the identification names are imparted to also stored user form information. Further, priority is given to the user form information stored in the form buffer and the routine form information, the information of the highest priority is read in accordance with priority when a document is prepared, the list display of the stored idenfication name is performed when the form is changed, the identification name is designated, desired form information is read and the form is automatically set.
