PURPOSE: To constitute the device so that only a suffix document part can be printed and outputted by only executing the printing designation once by an operator without considering a printing start page position of the suffix document part and the number of its pages.

CONSTITUTION: When a suffix document printing command is inputted, a printing controller 2 actuates a suffix page recognizing device 1, and allows its device to check whether a main body document in a document buffer 5 is a suffix page document part or not by a page unit. When the suffix document part is detected, the suffix page recognizing device 1 informs it to the printing controller 2, therefore, the printing controller 2 sends only the suffix document part in the main body document to a printing controller 3 by putting the suffix page information concerned thereto. In such a way, a printer 4 puts a suffix page to the suffix document, and prints it to paper by a page unit and outputs it.
