A pair of holes D facing each other is formed at positions in contact with or close to the lining covers C of a front cover A and a back cover B. The size of the holes D is adjusted so that the pinching pieces G of a pinching tool F can be inserted between the front cover A and the back cover B, in order to hold the documents H from the outside of the lining covers C. The documents H are held from the outside of the lining covers C by the pinching tool F so that the documents H are fixed to the lining covers C.
