Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doffing apparatus capable of drawing a holding part for holding a package from a winding position of the package to an attachment/detachment position of the package without being affected by changes in the position and so on of the holding part; and to provide a yarn winding machine including the doffing apparatus.SOLUTION: A doffing apparatus includes a cradle opener 60 which performs the drawing operation of a cradle 31 for holding a package P to draw the cradle 31 from the winding position of the package P to the attachment/detachment position of the package P. The cradle opener 60 includes: a first contact part 61 which is brought into contact with a first part 39a on the side of the attachment/detachment position in the cradle 31 positioned at the winding position; a second contact part 62 which is brought into contact with a second part 39b on the side opposite to the attachment/detachment position in the cradle 31 positioned at the winding position; and an adjustment part 64 for adjusting a distance between the first contact part 61 and the second contact part 62.
