Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a doffing job with the specified spinning unit by the doffing device irrespective of the presence of a filament piecing request of another spinning unit, if there is a doffing request in the specified spinning unit, by constituting the doffing device and ending device so as to travel on each of separate conveyor routes.
SOLUTION: Spinning machinery S is constituted by many spinning units U being set up side by side, and a conveyor rail 2a where a doffing device 1 travels and an ending device conveyor route 4 where an ending device 3 travels are installed along the setup direction of the spinning machinery S. A specified operating space 32 is installed in space between the doffing device 1 being mounted on the conveyor rail 2a and the spinning machinery S so as not to make various arms of the ending device and the doffing device come into contact with each other at the time of passing through the front of the spinning units where the specified ending operations are performed at the ending device 3.
