To improve durability and thread capturing accuracy of a thread pull-out arm of a doffing device by improving the arm, and to improve arrangement flexibility of each component.

A thread capturing part 41 is mounted to the thread pull-out arm 36 to capture thread of a thread feeding bobbin. A support part 46 supports the thread pull-out arm 36 to be able to swing in an optional direction. A driving part 47 gives driving force for swinging the thread pull-out arm 36 to a first direction to the thread pull-out arm 36. A first guide 71 defines a swinging route of the thread pull-out arm 36 swung to the first direction by the driving part 47 in a direction different from the first direction.
