A locking hole 21 through which a tip part of a check plate 6 can pass is provided in a stopper plate 20, the locking hole 21 is formed so that the tip part of the check plate and the stopper plate 20 are relatively movable between a specified first relative position and a second relative position, a locking claw part which is engaged with the locking hole 21 at the first relative position but not engaged with the locking hole at the second relative position, and an elastic projection 15b press-fitted into the locking hole 21 to hold the tip part of the check plate 6 and the stopper plate 20 at the first relative position is formed on a stopper rubber 15.
