Abstract:
To provide a door closer capable of further stably preventing an oil passage hole from being closed by expansion absorbing means to prevent hydraulic oil from leaking in the hydraulic door closer filled with hydraulic oil.SOLUTION: A door closer comprises: a door closer body having an internal space; a piston stored in the internal space; a spring member abutting to a rear part of the piston and pressing the piston; a hydraulic oil filled in the internal space; a shaft part transmitting power to the piston; and expansion absorbing means movably stored inside the spring member, wherein the piston has at least an oil passage hole formation part forming an oil passage hole for passing hydraulic oil at a rear end of the piston. The expansion absorbing means comprises a non-expansion absorbing part and an expansion absorbing part fixed to a rear end of the non-expansion absorbing part. The non-expansion absorbing part constitutes an oil passage without being deformed in a state abutting to the oil passage hole formation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
