To provide an optimum door open/close state by detecting a traffic status and an environmental condition through a control device having a human body grasping mechanism as well as a weather grasping mechanism, and controlling a plurality of door elements on the basis of an established program.

Door elements formed out of a sliding door device 33, a merry-go-round type rotary door device 34, and a turning door device 35 respectively driven with motors 36, are provided with sensors 37 and operation manuals 38, and controlled by means of a main control device 47. Also, a weather grasping mechanism 28 having a sensor 29, a human body grasping mechanism 30, a manual input mechanism 31 and a building control system 32 are connected to the main control device 47. Furthermore, the human body grasping mechanism 30, upon the approach of persons, confirms the number, approaching speed and direction, type or the like of the persons, and the door elements 33 to 35 are opened and closed on the basis of a program inputted via an inputting mechanism 31. Also, optimum open/close control is made in consideration of an environmental condition such as temperature, wind, differential pressure, air ventilation demands or the like detected with the weather grasping mechanism 28 via the sensor 29.
