Abstract:
To easily attach upper and lower hinges to a door with sufficient mounting strength.
An upper metal fitting 20 and a lower metal fitting 50 are attached to the door wings 11, 41 of one of an upper hinge 10 and a lower hinge 40. An upper fixed base 30 and a lower fixed base 60 are attached to a door 70. The hinges 10, 40 are attached to the door 70 by threading mounting screws 81 into mounting screw holes 33 in the upper fixed base 30 from holes 25 in the upper metal fitting 20 and threading mounting screws 81 into mounting screw holes 63 in the lower fixed base 60 from holes 55 in the lower metal fitting 50.
