To provide a door-integrated safety switch device capable of breaking surely a circuit when opening a door.

This door-integrated safety switch device has an actuator 11 attached to the door 4, a safety switch main body part 12 with a contact connected/broken in response to insertion/extraction of the actuator 11 attached to a wall 5, a connection part 13 connected electrically to the main body part 12 and for connecting/breaking a circuit through the door 4 once from the main body part 12, in response to opening and closing of the door, an external controller connected electrically to the main body part 12, and a connection line for connecting electrically the main body part 12, the connection part 13 and the external controller respectively, and the connection line is wired to constitute a closed loop circuit of the external controller, the main body part 12 and the connection part 13, based on a connection state of the connection part 13, under the condition where the door 4 is closed and where the actuator 11 is inserted, and to bring an opened state of the closed loop circuit, based on a connection state of the main body part 12 to the connection part 13, under the condition where the door 4 is opened.
