Abstract:
To provide a door knob built-in alarm device capable of issuing an alarm in linkage with only a door opening operation without being attached to the outside of a door or a door knob.SOLUTION: A door knob built-in alarm device 10 is used by incorporating a device case 11 of the door knob built-in alarm device 10 in place of a body case (not shown) of an existing door knob in a door 1. A rotation projection 17P of a rotation part 17 linked with rotation operations of door knobs 31 and 34 for opening the door 1 mechanically presses a momentary switch 20, and thus an alarm issuance device 16 that has obtained electrical conductivity with a power source 21 outputs an alarm sound ES. For example, an operator A working just in front of the door 1 can know that the door 1 is about to be opened by another operator B before the opening of the door 1, and can take action to avoid danger, such as retreating from the opening range of the door 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
