To improve convenience of a car sharing service.SOLUTION: A door lock control apparatus 10 includes: an on-site image acquisition unit 11 that acquires an on-site image generated by a camera for capturing a site where a reserved vehicle exists; an on-site detection unit 12 that detects the presence of a reservation person on the site, based on the on-site image; and a release command output unit 13 that outputs, when the presence of the reservation person is detected on the site, a command to release a door lock of the reserved vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
