Abstract:
The invention comprises an engagement member that is fixed to a landing door panel and that moves vertically, and an engagement device that can engage with the engagement member while the door is in a fully closed state. The engagement member has a latch. The engagement device has a first link that swings by contacting the engagement member, and a second link that has a projection able to engage with the latch of the engagement member while the door is in a fully closed state and that is able to swing with respect to the first link by being rotationally supported by the first link on a second axis of rotation. The second link is further provided with a first contact point on one side and the projection on the other side so that the second axis of rotation is therebetween. As a result of combining the swinging motion of the first link and the swinging motion of the second link, the projection is configured so as to close the electrical contact between the first contact point and a second contact point when engaged with the latch of the engagement member while in a fully closed state. According to this configuration, because a sufficient separation distance can be obtained between the first contact point and the second contact point, the contact points can be reliably separated even if the first contact point adheres to the second contact point.
