PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water intrusion from an opening of a housing without using a waterproof packing and the like.SOLUTION: A door locking device 10 comprises a housing main body 20 and a sub-cover 45. The housing main body 20 includes an opening 44 and an installation groove 36 formed in the vicinity of the opening 44. The sub-cover 45 includes a main body part 46 shielding the opening 44 and a seal lip 55 fitted in a state of being elastically deformed in the installation groove 36.
