The door lock drive device 1 is provided with an actuator device 10, a link device, and a door opening/closing device. The output shaft 17 arranged in the actuator device 10 is integrally molded with an operation section 171 transmitting the rotation output of a reduction gear 14, and a coupling section 172 having a two-face width section is formed at the end section. The output lever 18 coupled with the operation section 171 of the output shaft 17 is integrally molded with a boss section 181, a fan-shaped lever coupling section 182, and an elastic projection 183 protruded to a support plate 21 side. The thickness T of the boss section 182 of the output lever 18 is made larger than the gap H between the end face of the output shaft 17 and the end face of the support plate 21 to prevent the output lever 18 from being released from the output shaft 17.
