PURPOSE: To permit releasing a door lock by bare hand and improve the effect of preventing a crime by adding the function of judging whether a signal is acceptable or not to a rotary plate on which a photograph, a picture or a symbol is pasted or a body where a numeral or a character appears.

CONSTITUTION: A deceleration motor 4 is rotated through a control section 14 by operating a switch by a door handle lever, a display plate 8 where a position where the positions of a concave portion 10 and a convex portion 11 agree with switches 5 is recited by a photograph, a picture, a symbol, a numeral, a character or the like is rotated by rotating intermittently a ratchet wheel 1 by a pawl 2. At a point where the positions agree, when a handle lever is released, as the command of the control section 14 makes a solenoid 6 to be attracted, operating LS1 of the switches 5, a door lock is released, judging that the signal is acceptable. When the lever is released at a position different from the memory, it pushes only LS2, and continues to sound a horn through the control section 14, judging that the signal is not acceptable.
