PURPOSE: To release door locking positively even when a vehicle such as an automobile collides and a power cable is cut regarding a door locking controller for the vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: In a door locking controller 1, in which a door lock 70 mounted on a door of a vehicle is released by door locking control means 20, 25 when the collision of the vehicle is detected by a collision detecting means 30 detecting the state of the collision of the vehicle, an energy storing means 10 being used by the door locking control means 20 and for storing energy is annexed to the door locking control means 20, and the door locking control means 20 is arranged near the door lock. The collision detecting means is installed integrally to the door locking control means 20, and these door locking control means and collision detecting means may also be disposed near the door lock.
