To provide a door locking device which can be released not only by an unlocking key of a second cylinder lock but also by a locking key of a first cylinder lock.

According to the structure of the door locking device, the first cylinder lock 7 for locking and the second cylinder lock 8 for unlocking are mounted on a front plate portion of a base frame such that axial lines of respective lock shafts are in parallel with each other. The lock shaft of the first cylinder lock has an abutting arm 19 mounted thereon in a manner rotatable together therewith in one body, and has a forced unlocking operating lever 20 and a latch 2 rotatably supported thereby. The second cylinder lock is a lock from which the unlocking key cannot be drawn when the latch is in an unlocking position. The lock shaft of the second cylinder lock has an unlocking operating member 26 mounted thereon in a manner rotatable together therewith in one body, and has an unlocking cam 27 rotatably supported thereby. Then a coil spring 32 is engaged with the latch and the unlocking cam, and a cam abutting edge of the latch and an abutting portion of the unlocking cam abut on each other.
