To simplify the construction so as to reduce the cost by using two kinds of keys for one lock to lock and unlock a front door and a strong box and also lock and unlock a removable strong box in an electronic device for handling coins.
A front door 10 is provided on the front surface of an enclosure 8 of an electronic device 1 through a hinge 9, a strong box door 12 is provided on the front door 10 through a hinge 13, and a removable strong box 7 is disposed in the interior. When a key 72a for the front door 10 is used for a cylinder lock 21 provided on the side of the enclosure 8, both the front door 10 and the strong box door 12 are unlocked, but the strong box 7 is still locked in the enclosure 8 not to be taken out. When a key 22b for the strong box door 12 is used, the strong box door 12 is unlocked and the strong box 7 is unlocked to be put to the outside. Accordingly, at the time of maintenance and inspection, the strong box 7 is locked not to be taken out by one lock, and at the time of taking out the strong box 7, the front door 10 is disabled from being opened to prevent unexpected contact with the electronic device in the enclosure 8 and breakage, and it is not necessary to provide a partition wall for storing the strong box 7 in the enclosure 8.
