Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening/closing mechanism capable of locking a door in closed and open states and of being locked in an open position while an unlock lever is being operated with the door closed.
SOLUTION: This door opening/closing mechanism includes a base frame 20 securely mounted to a casing, a movable frame 21 securely mounted to a door and rotatably hinged to the base frame 20, and a lock means capable of locking the door when the door is fully closed and when it is fully opened. The lock means is so designed that when the door is fully opened from a fully closed state while held unlocked, it is automatically locked in that fully opened position.
