PURPOSE: To give an alarm to users that the landing door is opened, and to prevent the risk of being pulled by providing a control panel to output the lighting command before the landing door is opened and a light emitting device to output the beam to the landing door based on the lighting command.

CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device 12 such as a lamp is provided between a three-way frame 6 and a landing door 7, and the beam 14 is emitted by the lighting command from a control panel through the space between the three-way frame 6 and the landing door 7. The control panel 2 detects the stopping, and a car 4 is regularly landed on the stopping floor, and a car door 8 and the landing door 7 are opened. If a user puts his hand on the landing door 7, his hand may be held between the landing door 7 and the three-way frame 6. Before the car is regularly landed and the car door 8 and the landing door 7 are opened based on the door opening command, the control panel instructs the lighting of the light emitting device 12 every time when the car 4 is stopped. When the user puts his hand on the landing door 7, the beam 14 hits his hand or his eyes to call his attention. Then, the lighting command is released by detaching the hand of the user from the landing door.
