Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opening and closing device making the closing operation of a door only in the case a user intends to close the door.
SOLUTION: The door opening and closing device equipped with the door provided to enable an opening of a vehicle body to be opened and closed and a driving means driven in the closing direction in the case the door is in an opening state includes a door movement detection means for detecting the movement of the door, an electrostatic switch provided to the door to detect a touch to a human and a decision means for deciding whether or not the movement of the door is artificial, the door movement detection means detects the movement of the door, and in the case an input is made to the electrostatic switch 5, the decision means decides that the movement of the door is artificial, and the driving means is operated to close the door.
