Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel hinge not hindering the bending deformation of a door panel due to impact force.
SOLUTION: A door panel hinge (a middle hinge 6) connecting the crosswise middle portions of a lowermost flexible and restoring door panel 3 and another rigid door panel 4 is formed of an almost U-shaped middle member piece 30 easy of bending and expanding deformation and a pair of mounting members 31 provided integrally with the middle member piece 30. In this way, when the lowermost door panel 3 is bent and deformed by impact force, the middle member piece 30 is expanded and deformed to permit the bending deformation of the door panel hinge.
