Title:
DOOR ROLLER UNIT FOR WINDOW SCREEN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2588084
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To keep a door roller out of the way at the built-in and removal of window screen as well as to enable a vertical superposing allowance with a lower rail to be enlarged after the screen built-in.
CONSTITUTION: This door roller unit consists of a setting base 20 being attached to an underframe 2 of a window screen 5, a door roller supporting member 21 supported to this setting base 20 free of vertical rocking motion, a door roller 23 attached to a lower end of this door roller supporting member 21, a spring 38 energizing the door roller supporting member 21 to a lower position where the door roller 23 is projected downward from a lower surface of the setting base 20, and a locking member being installed in the setting base 20 and holding the door roller supporting member 21 in an upper position where the door roller 23 turns to the more upside than the lower surface of the setting base 20. In this constitution, if the door roller supporting member 21 is held at the upper position in relation to the setting base 20 by the locking member, the door roller 23 will not interfere with a lower rail 15, not hindered at the time of the build-in and removal of the screen. Moreover, if holding by the locking member is released, the door roller supporting member 21 rocks to the lower position in relation to the setting base 20 by dint of spring force, thus a superposing allowance between the lower end of the door roller supporting member 21 and the vertical direction of the lower rail 15 becomes enlarged.
