The illumination 4 illuminates a name plate 5, a vestibule area, a visitor, and the like and serves also as decoration around the door. The parcel box 8 has an opening part 8a at the wing part 3, and a box interior part protruded to the indoor side from the wing part 3 is completely shielded from the indoor side. If necessary, the parcel box 8 is covered with a shoe box or the like at the vestibule. The door part 9 is not locked when there is no parcel in the parcel box, but the door part 9 is locked upon sensing the presence of a parcel when the parcel is put inside, and a receipt with date and time stated is issued.
