To provide a structure for a door with lock easy for a specified person carrying a key or the like to operate and more difficult for others than the specified person to illicitly intrude.

This door with lock comprises a door, a first lock lockable and unlockable from the outside of the door and partially visually confirmable from the outside, and a second lock lockable by the transmitting operation of a signal over carrier wave from the outside of the door and visually non- confirmable from the outside.
